Beef-N-Biscuit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    black pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and
    onion in large frying pan; drain excess grease.
    Add
    tomato
    sauce,
    pepper
    and
    garlic salt. Simmer while preparing
    biscuits.\tSeparate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits.
    Pull each biscuit apart to make 2 layers.
    Press biscuit layers over
    entire
    bottom
    and
    sides
    of
    ungreased 9-inch square baking
    pan
    or
    2-quart casserole.
    Combine 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese (reserve
    the rest for topping), sour cream and egg; mix well.
    Remove
    meat mixture from heat and stir in cheese mixture.
    Spoon over dough.
    Arrange remaining biscuit layers over
    top
    pinching
    sides\ttogether.
    Sprinkle
    with remaining Cheddar
    cheese.
    Bake
    at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
