Pumpkin Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cream sugar and cream cheese.
    Add pumpkin, cinnamon and ginger.
    Serve with gingersnaps (Sunshine is the best).
    This makes a lot, so split it and freeze the rest until the next party!
