Meat Loaf Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    salt and pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can mushrooms
    4 slices toasted bread
    1 3/4 c. grated cheese
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine meat, salt, pepper and egg.
    Mix well.
    Pat out to
    10 x
    12-inch
    on wax paper.
    Cube
    bread.
    Combine
    with cheese, mushrooms and onion.
    Spread mixture on meat to within 1-inch of edge.
    Roll meat around
    stuffing.
    Press
    to
    seal. Place seam side down and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
