Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh broccoli, cooked and drained or 1 large bag frozen
4 hard-cooked eggs, mashed
1 c. shredded ham
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Place broccoli in greased 2-quart casserole, stems toward center.
Combine eggs, ham, milk and cheese soup and pour over broccoli.
Combine crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top. (Optional.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot.
