Sour Cream Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. margarine
1 can tomato paste
1 clove garlic
1 small carton sour cream
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 c. grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles (wide or thin)

Preparation

Brown hamburger in skillet and drain. Stir-fry in margarine and garlic.
Mix in tomato paste, salt, pepper, sour cream and cottage cheese.
In buttered casserole dish, spread a layer of mixture and a layer of cooked noodles twice and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cheese has melted.
