Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. shreds of whole bran cereal
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix cereal and buttermilk.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add oil and eggs.
    Blend well.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Mix well. Batter can be baked immediately or stored in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
    Grease muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Fill 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 24 to 30 muffins.
