Oven-Smoked Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 turkey, thawed, washed and patted dry
    liquid smoke
    1/2 c. oil and 1/4 c. salt
    2 stalks celery, cut in half
    1 onion, peeled and cut in 1/4's
    1/2 green pepper, cut
    3 cloves garlic, cut in 1/4's
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. Coca-Cola
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. Sauterne wine
    1/4 c. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Rub turkey with liquid smoke.
    Mix salt and oil and rub turkey.
    Place vegetables in cavity.
    In deep
    roaster
    bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0, uncovered.
    Mix remaining and
    pour over turkey. Lower
    heat to 325\u00b0.
    Cover and bake until
    done.
    Serve
    with sauce.
