Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 box vanilla wafers
1 stick margarine
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs
3 lemons
Preparation

Crumble vanilla wafers in bottom of pie pan.
Line sides with whole wafers.
Melt margarine and pour over wafers.
Pour milk in bowl and add egg yolks.
Beat until smooth.
Add juice of lemons and stir until thickened.
Pour over crushed wafers.
Beat egg whites with 2 tablespoons sugar for topping and brown lightly. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Makes one thick pie or two thin pies.
