Whole Wheat Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    2 c. Aunt Jemima whole wheat pancake mix
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg white
    3/4 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix together first 7 dry ingredients in separate bowl.
    Mix together sugar, egg white, vanilla and pumpkin.
    Combine milk and oil together; mix alternately with the dry ingredients.
    Then stir in raisins and chopped walnuts.
    Spray muffin tin with Pam.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
