Potato Dish Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Simply Potatoes or Hash Browns (from the dairy case)
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. dried onions
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
3 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. butter or 1 stick
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, soup, pepper, dried onion, cheese, salt and bouillon.
Add potatoes.
Melt butter; mix with corn flakes.
Put potato mixture in a 3-quart casserole dish. Cover with the corn flakes mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
