Radish Roses - cooking recipe

Preparation

Cut green tops of radishes.
Make 6 to 8 cuts down the side of each radish, from tip to stem end.
Thus the petals will form. Make sure cuts are thick enough not to break easily.
Place in ice water for 1hour or more so the petals will curl like roses.
