Fresh Fruit Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed or celery seed
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. smooth applesauce
    1/4 c. honey
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except poppy seed, in blender; mix well. Stir in poppy seed.
    Chill; stir before using.
    Makes 2 cups. This is so easy, and with so much less oil than most dressings of this type.
    It's acceptable for those watching their fat intake. Plus, it's delicious!
