Cape May Point Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lump crab meat
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco (or to taste)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
In a casserole, cover with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and crumbs are browned (about 45 minutes).
Serves 4.
