Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer
    1 1/2 c. corn bread crumbs
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. light bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. cream of chicken
Preparation
    Cook chicken in salted water until tender; remove from bones. Combine bread crumbs, onions and 1/2 egg and giblets in large mixing bowl.
    Pour broth over ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into baking dish and place chicken and remaining egg over mixture. Pour cream of chicken soup over mixture.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 6.
