Greek Fritters(Tiganites) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    oil for frying (Wesson)
Preparation
    Sift flour in a
    bowl.\tAdd
    baking
    powder
    and
    salt. Stir in the milk.
    In another
    bowl,
    beat
    the\teggs with the sugar until thick.
    Add to the flour mixture; add the vanilla. Beat well with wire whisk;
    batter
    should be thick.\tHeat the oil in a deep pan.
    Drop\tbatter\tby
    large spoonful into oil. When golden brown,
    turn over.\tDo not pierce them.
    Remove to a platter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon or honey.
