Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, cooked and diced
    1 1/2 c. finely diced celery
    3 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. diced onion
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and diced
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained and diced
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 cans onion rings
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese and onion rings.
    Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle on the onion rings and bake for 10 minutes more.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    This serves 10 people.
