Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each.
    Add grated lemon rind.
    Combine flour, salt and baking powder; add to mixture, alternately with milk.
    Add nuts, if desired.
    Bake in a well-greased loaf pan for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
