Marinade For Beef To Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. English cut roast (2-inches thick)
    Adolph's tenderizer
    15 oz. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. bourbon
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle roast with tenderizer on both sides.
    Combine all other ingredients.
    Pour over roast.
    Let stand in refrigerator for 6 hours, turning once after 3 hours.
