Macaroons Ii - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Solo almond paste
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Cut almond paste into very small pieces in mixing bowl.
Add sugar and the egg whites.
Blend until very smooth.
Pipe cookies or by the teaspoon, about the size of half a dollar onto a brown paper lined baking sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool.
Dampen the back of the brown paper and remove cookies.
