Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 medium bananas (very ripe)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix flour, baking soda and salt-set aside.
Mash the bananas with the vanilla-let sit 10 minutes.
Add to the bananas the sugar and eggs-beat well.
Stir in melted butter and flour mixture just until blended.
Turn into greased 8x4 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0F. for 1 hour or until pick inserted in center comes out moist but clean.
