Sausage And Peppers "Sauce" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. can Italian crushed tomatoes
    16 oz. Del Monte tomato sauce
    1 small onion
    6 green peppers
    1 or 2 lb. Italian sweet sausage
    1 or 2 lb. chopped meat
    1 egg
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place crushed tomatoes and Del Monte sauce in a pot and simmer. Dice onion and add to pot.
    Clean and fry peppers.
    After frying, place in pot.
    After browning sausage well, then add to pot.
    Mix chopped meat, 1 egg and bread crumbs together.
    Roll into meatballs; brown well and add to pot.
    Cover the pot and cook on low heat for about 3 hours.
    When finished cooking, place on your favorite pasta or eat alone.
