Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked yellow squash
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 grated carrot
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Grease 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Put 1/2 stuffing in bottom of dish.
    Mix all ingredients except squash together, then stir in squash and pour over stuffing mix.
    Dot with butter and cover with rest of crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
