Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1/2 c. onions
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Trim off excess fat.
    Brown roast.
    Combine ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cook until tender.
    Shred beef and return to oven or slow cooker until desired consistency.
