"Penne Pasta With Artichokes And Sun Dried Tomatoes" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. semolina penne pasta
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 c. olive oil
    3 large cloves garlic, chopped
    1/4 lb. sun dried tomatoes in oil
    1/2 c. mushrooms, cut in quarters
    2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. chopped basil
    4 artichoke hearts, cut in quarters
    1/4 c. diced tomatoes
    3 tsp. sherry
    3 tsp. Chablis
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
    1 tsp. tomato paste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil in a large saute pan until it becomes light gold in color. Add mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes.
    Saute until mushrooms become tender.
    Add diced tomatoes, parsley, basil, sherry and Chablis and cook uncovered until
    liquid is reduced by half.
