Cinnamon Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. sour milk or add vinegar to make sour milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking soda, salt and 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Cut in Crisco.
    Add enough milk to make stiff dough.
    Turn onto floured board; knead.
    Roll into rectangle 1/4-inch thick.
    Spread with 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Roll in jelly roll; cut into 3/4-inch slices.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Dribble with thin powdered sugar frosting.
    Serves 12.
