Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
    3 Tbsp. juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour and pineapple juice.
    Add cheese and pineapple; stir until pineapple is coated.
    Combine butter and crackers; spread over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
