Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.
Stir in carrots and nuts.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. When cake is cool, ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
