Transparent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. butter
6 eggs, separated
flavoring to taste

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks that have been well beaten.
Add flavoring.
Beat egg whites and fold in.
Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake slowly until firm.
