Oyster Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. oysters
    6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 qt. milk
    Tony Chachere seasoning
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. juice drained from oysters
Preparation
    Drain oysters.
    Saute oysters in 3 tablespoons butter until edges curl.
    Add butter, milk, juice, garlic and Tony Chachere seasoning (to taste).
    Bring to a simmer.
    Serve with oyster crackers.
