Potluck Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti, broken in 1/3 lengths
    1 lb. ground beef or 1/2 turkey and 1/2 beef
    1 (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
    1 small can mushrooms (bits and pieces), cut small
    1 medium onion, cut in small pieces
    2 ribs celery, cut in small pieces
    Italian seasoning and/or oregano
Preparation
    I use small oval roaster for boiling spaghetti.
    In boiling water, cook onion and celery until tender.
    Add the spaghetti. Cook according to directions or boil a few minutes, stir often, turn off heat and cover.
    Steam will continue the cooking.
