Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (10 oz. each) Shoe Peg white corn
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 can French-style whole green beans
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 medium sauteed onion
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    1/2 c. almonds
Preparation
    Drain and pour corn and green beans in a 2-quart baking dish. Combine pepper, soup, onion, sour cream and cheese.
    Pour over corn and beans.
    Mix well.
    Before putting in the oven, pour melted oleo over and sprinkle with crackers and almonds.
    Bake at 300\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
