Shanghai Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken wings or 16 drummettes
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 large garlic clove, minced
Preparation

Cut wings to make 2 pieces.
Combine soy sauce, syrup, catsup, sherry, ginger and garlic.
Place chicken in baking dish.
Pour sauce over; coat well.
Cover and refrigerate several hours.
Bake at 375\u00b0 in sauce, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes.
Use extra sauce for dipping.
