Fluffy Rice And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix soup and milk.
    Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture.
    Mix remaining soup mixture, rice, mushrooms with liquid and 1/2 of onion soup mix; pour into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Put cut up chicken on top.
    Pour on remaining soup mix. Sprinkle rest of onion soup mix on top.
    Bake for 1 hour, covered with foil.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
