Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. flavoring (peppermint extract)
3 oz. cream cheese
coloring as desired
Preparation

Mix and knead as for pie dough.
Roll in balls the size of a marble.
Place ball in sugar.
Press into candy mold or press flat with fork, crisscross fashion.
