Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. chocolate chips
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Cream together margarine, oil, eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Sift together flour, cocoa, spices, baking powder and baking soda. Gradually add to first mixture.
Fold in zucchini.
Pour into greased pan (9 x 13-inch).
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top; stir into mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
