Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    rind of 1/2 orange
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except coconut in an electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into 9-inch pan. Let stand for 5 minutes; sprinkle with coconut (and cinnamon and nutmeg, if desired).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
