Crabby Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat or 1/2 lb. fresh or mock crab
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/3 c. finely chopped black olives
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
    25 to 30 medium mushrooms (stems removed)
    freshly grated Parmesan
    cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Toss crabmeat with lemon juice.
    Add next 5 ingredients and mix well.
    Fill mushroom caps and sprinkle with cheese.
    Rinse baking sheet with water and arrange mushroom caps on sheet.
    Cover with foil and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 5 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 5 minutes or until golden.
