Santa Fe Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (9 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch style dressing mix
Preparation

Cook meat and onions until meat loses its pink color.
Add beans, corn, tomatoes and seasonings.
Mix well and simmer 20 minutes, covered.
Serve with cornbread, rice or crackers. Freezes well.
