Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed butternut squash
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter, melted (1 stick)
ginger to taste (about 1/4 to 1/2 tsp.)
Preparation

Bake squash until done, then remove seeds and scrape out pulp. Put in blender with other ingredients until all is mixed well. Pour into greased 4 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch casserole dish (loaf pan). Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until casserole is set.
