Bunny Muffins(These Muffins Are So Good And Healthy, Too!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. canola oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. oatmeal or oat bran
    3 eggs or egg substitutes
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. apples, grated and peeled
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 to 3/4 golden raisins
    1/2 to 3/4 chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
    Fill greased (use Pam and sprinkle with sugar) muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
