Greek Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Place the cabbage, Feta and dill in a large bowl.
Put the oil, lemon juice, Parmesan, mustard and oregano in a small bowl or jar and stir or shake until combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well mixed.
