Chicken N' Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. sliced Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
dash of pepper
1 c. fine bread crumbs
2 tsp. dried crushed parsley
Preparation

Wash and pat dry chicken pieces.
Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness.
Place a slice of cheese on top of each chicken piece. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Dilute mayonnaise with milk in a small bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients together in another bowl. Dip chicken rolls in mayonnaise mixture, then roll in crumb mixture, covering completely.
Place chicken rolls in lightly greased baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
