Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/3 c. melted butter
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in blueberries.
    Add milk, egg and butter; mix until batter is moist; do not overbeat.
    Spoon batter into greased muffin pans and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Yields 12.
