John'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 20 medium fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 c. crumbled cheese crackers (Cheese Nips)
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Clean
    mushrooms
    and
    break stems out carefully.
    Drop mushroom caps into boiling water for about 2 minutes and drain and cool.
    Mix
    onion,
    crackers and 1/4 cup of cheese into a paste. Fill
    mushroom
    caps with filling.\tTop with remaining cheese. Bake
    at
    low
    heat
    until cheese melts, abut 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0. Enjoy.
