Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pack frozen chopped broccoli
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli.
    Put butter and onion in 3-quart microwave-safe bowl.
    Nuke, uncovered, on High for 2 minutes, stirring once.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper, then milk and broth.
    Cover and nuke on High for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring 3 times.
    Squeeze out extra moisture from broccoli and add to soup.
    Cover and nuke 3 to 4 minutes, stirring once.
    Let stand 3 minutes.
