Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. shredded cabbage
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    1 small onion, cut fine
    1 small green pepper
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix
    vegetables
    together.
    Pour
    oil over; mix and let stand. Mix vinegar, water, sugar and salt in pan and bring to a
    boil. Remove
    from
    stove and add lemon jello.
    Stir until dissolved. Let
    cool.\tPour over vegetables and mix together. Add celery seed.
    Can be kept 2 to 3 weeks.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator.
