Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 can chopped ripe olives
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion, celery and garlic.
    Add tomato sauce, olives, water and chili powder.
    Layer in casserole buttered taco shells, sauce, grated sharp cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat, using up to 12 taco sheets; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
