Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    5 large tomatoes, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
    1 c. chopped green onion
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Prick the pie crust with fork and bake for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0. Cover bottom of pie crust with two layers of tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and half the oregano and onion. Repeat layers.
    Combine Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise and spread over pie.
    Top with Parmesan.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
