Unforgettable Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Make cake according to directions on box.
While cake is cooking, in a small saucepan, combine pineapple and sugar.
Bring to a boil and simmer.
When cake is done, make holes all over the top and pour the pineapple and sugar mixture over it.
Mix pudding according to the box directions.
When thickened, add coconut and spread over cake.
Next, spread Cool Whip over top of pudding and sprinkle with nuts.
