Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. butter, melted in pan (cookie sheet)
shredded cheese
Preparation

Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a Baggie.
Moisten potatoes with water.
Shake a few pieces at a time in mixture. Place in buttered pan. Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0; turn after the first 30 minutes.
The last 5 minutes, sprinkle on shredded cheese.
